How it works

How Grovera reviews a child's plan

Grovera reads the child's profile and current plan, grades each intervention on the evidence for a child like this, flags what the evidence says to avoid, and tells you what to measure next.

From profile to plan review

What the review shows

Plan
Each intervention in the plan, or asked about, with its evidence grade for a child like this.
Evidence
The reviews and studies behind each grade, by outcome domain, each linked to its source passage.
Missing
Baselines and information the plan is missing, such as a standardized measure before a program starts.
Measure
Which standardized measures to track, and when to re-check.
Flags
Evidence shows no benefit, or evidence of harm reported. Raised for discussion, not as an instruction.
In practice · illustrative case

One appointment, with the evidence on the table

  1. 1A developmental pediatrician sees a 4-year-old recently diagnosed with autism, level 2, with minimal spoken language. The family already has the child in a behavioral program and asks about a sensory-based intervention and a restrictive diet they read about online.
  2. 2She enters the profile and the current plan. For the behavioral program, Grovera shows moderate evidence for social communication in children this age, cites the reviews, and notes that the evidence on hours is uncertain. For the diet, it shows evidence of no benefit and flags it for discussion.
  3. 3It points out there is no baseline on an adaptive-behavior measure and suggests one, with a re-check in six months.
  4. 4She exports the family version, walks the parents through it, and books the baseline assessment.

Is this child changing?

Centers that add standardized measures and session data get a quarterly outcome report for each child, and a summary for the organization.

Reliable changeIs the change on a measure larger than that measure's error?
Expected trajectoryHow does the change compare with children of similar age and support needs?
Single-child analysisWhere the group evidence is uncertain, a structured N-of-1 approach for this child.
Outcome domainsCore features, adaptive behavior, quality of life and family burden, aligned with the ICHOM standard set for autism. For ADHD, symptom and functional measures. Goal attainment for individual goals.
How outcomes are statedChange beyond measurement error, within measurement error, or not enough data yet. The calculation is deterministic and does not use a language model. Grovera does not say continue or stop.

What comes when

  1. To 2027-05 Evidence map and plan review Autism and ADHD; 60 or more interventions; clinician pilot with three US centers.
  2. To 2027-11 Outcomes, Clinics, Family Outcome engine, organization edition, Grovera Family and a first payer pilot.
  3. To 2028-11 Four more conditions Reading disorders, developmental coordination disorder, tic disorders and intellectual disability.
