We sit between the evidence and the decision
About synlayer
Pronounced SIN-lay-er. From syn, to put together, and layer: a layer that synthesizes, sitting between the guideline and the clinician.
synlayer builds the evidence layer for clinical judgment. We don't build foundation models and we don't write guidelines. We sit between them: reading what a clinician already has, synthesizing the evidence that applies, and citing every line.
We started with two problems that look different and are shaped the same. Rare diseases are rare to each physician but common together, and patients wait years for a name. Neurodevelopmental interventions are many to each family but hard to compare, and children spend years in programs nobody measures. In both, the knowledge exists; it just doesn't reach the moment of decision.
Cense brings that knowledge to the rare-disease case in front of a physician. Grovera brings it to the intervention plan in front of a clinician and a family. One engine, two products, the same promise: no citation, no claim.
